Today we had a recycling event in school and also we had some very exciting, tiny visitors. Children and staff in S1 have put a bird box outside of their classroom a while ago and have been watching the birds bring in food to the bird box over the last couple of weeks. Today they saw 2 baby blue tit birds leave the box for the first time. We are delighted to have nature on our doorstep and the children were fascinated, watching the fledglings fly all over the yard and then return to their bird box home…
