We have been busy developing some of our spaces in school to make them offer the best opportunities for pupils, and trying to this this without spending much money. Teacher Tracy, who is an expert in working with children with visual impairment, has developed one of our small rooms into a fantastic sensory space for children, using donated items, things from charity shops and lots of creativity! Last year Newfield School became a Flagship School for the Inclusion Quality Mark because of our totally inclusive ethos for all our pupils. Full copies of Policies and Procedures related to all aspects of Safeguarding, and the Complaints Policy, are available on request from Rachel Kay, Head Teacher and Designated Senior Lead for Safeguarding and Child Protection.
