Today Michaela and Freddie came into school from Blackburn with Darwen and introduced the young people who are standing for the youth elections in a meeting over TEAMS.
Some of our students from the School Council and RRSA steering group met up with their peers in school. We discussed what was important for us.
They talked about being able to get employment, more facilities and looking after children and young people who struggle with their mental health.
They all enjoyed making a choice and then posting their confidential vote in the ballot box. The votes will be totalled up and every vote makes a difference to the vote which is important for the Make your Mark campaign.
We enjoyed refreshments with our peers from other classes.
