RRSA - UNICEF Ambassadors

Staff CPD - Developing Coaching Skills training

Today, Trish McCarthy, an advisor from LCC, came into school to deliver a day training session to some of our teachers and HLTAs which looked at ‘coaching’ in theoretical and practical terms, to help our staff to get even better at working together and supporting each other. The staff involved looked at the ‘GROW’ method of supporting people to find their own solutions and answers to quandaries…

Children's Commissioner's Takeover Day

Today, for Children’s Commissioner’s Takeover Day, children are shadowing adults in school and assisting them in their roles, including teaching assistant, site supervisor, catering staff, car park coordinator and others.
