About Anna Heyworth.

Anna has worked in education for 20 years, starting in outdoor education and then moving into a school setting 12 year ago.

As a teacher at Newfield she sees the importance of providing a provision that can broaden pupils learning and provide them with lifelong experiences.

She is passionate about supporting Newfield in all aspects of development, including our curriculum, the service provided to all pupils and also using her personal skills and interest in outdoor learning to enhance the environment and further promote the development opportunities for staff.

Safeguarding

Newfield School is committed to safeguarding and protecting the welfare of children and vulnerable adults as its number one priority.

Full copies of Policies and Procedures related to all aspects of Safeguarding, and the Complaints Policy, are available on request from Rachel Kay, Head Teacher and Designated Senior Lead for Safeguarding and Child Protection.

Our objectives will be reported on and published as part of the Governance public documents available for inspection under the Freedom of Information Regulations and Data Protection duties and in the school newsletter to parents.

Our Equality Objectives are set, reviewed and published annually in our School Development Plan.
