This morning we had another successful Transition event at Newfield!
16 providers of various adult services joined us to inform families about housing, social care, respite opportunities, activities and much more.
Parents stated how useful the event had been and were able to take away lots of information in order to make informed choices about next steps.
Students collected information to take home to parents as well as a few freebies such as choccies and pens!
