Today we hosted our popular annual transition event - Planning for the Future - here at Newfield.
Service Providers, Carers, Parents and Young People attended to explore information, advice and guidance needed to plan and prepare for the future.
It was great to see so many of our families join our older students to explore the educational, social care and leisure opportunities available after Newfield.
