Here are a few more photos from World Book Day….
We’ve had lots going on with older students supporting younger children to look at books, with class 4 enjoyed sharing stories with S8. Some pupils also enjoyed a story and music with music man, teacher Greg in the afternoon.
As well as loving sitting on the bus, in the fresh air and peace and quiet to look at books, we had some sessions outside in the spring sunshine, sitting within the bell tent outside and we also had more talented readers creating and using recipes to make, flip and eat pancakes!
The enjoyment of reading is something very important to the Newfield family, and we had a great time again this year on World Book Day.
