MOVE Day Award

Last week we were absolutely thrilled to find out that we’ve been awarded the MOVE DAY award!

Our amazing HLTA Aimie leads MOVE throughout school and is an inspiration to staff and parents, making sure that they become as passionate as her in supporting the children to develop their physical skills.

Aimie and teacher Greg attended the online virtual MOVE conference on 13th November 2024, sharing good practise with colleagues from all around the country and beyond.

Our success was announced at the end of the conference - and it was given for our Parisian Olympic themed MOVE Day back in June, when lots of parents came and we also had a MOVE visitor from another school.

What a fantastic achievement - well done to all of our brilliant MOVE children, their families and staff - and special thanks to Aimie for all of her hard work.

Congratulations on Newfield winning the MOVE Day Award! We were all really impressed with Newfield’s submission and this award is very much deserved.
