Secondary Celebration of Achievement Assembly 2024

Today was the turn of our secondary and post 16 age phase pupils to celebrate their achievements in a special assembly, as is our annual tradition.

For our leavers, our class of 2024, it marks the end of their Newfield journey and whilst we are sad to see them go, we are hugely proud of the young people they have become during their time with us.

We were joined by parents and family members who were very proud to see their young adults receiving awards for progress & achievement, courage and special mentions.

We were delighted to welcome our special guest - John Holt, BWD Service Lead - SEND - who presented the awards.

It was another wonderful occasion - where the young people and staff could enjoy the culmination of all of the hard work that has gone into this year.

The Newfield Family thoroughly enjoys celebrating successes large and small - well done to all of our secondary and post 16 department.

Parents and family members stayed behind afterwards for a cuppa and a chat, sharing memories and building relationships so that the friendships of the young people at Newfield can continue in life beyond school.
