This term, in Explorers our topic is ‘Come Outside’. During the summer term we will be looking at different outdoor environments.
We have been using the ‘Bear Hunt’ story and the ‘Teddy Bears picnic’ to learn about different environments.
All the explorers classes have started their learning on this topic by participating in our ‘Wow Event’.
Each class has been on a bear hunt in the sensory garden, following instructions to find the bears and then having a snack in the garden.
During our topic this term we will be learning about seasons and weather, mini beasts, woodland environments and plants.
Hopefully the good weather will continue so we can enjoy our outdoor learning activities.
