Valentine's Enterprise

Our pupils have been working away this half term preparing and making things to sell for Valentine’s Day!

In TG4 they have been busy putting together Valentine’s Pamper packages to raffle. Tickets were £1 each and there were lots of amazing prizes. Look at all the lovely things available to win!

S8 have offered staff a Valentine’s Afternoon Tea with 2 small sandwiches with a choice of filling, a cheese or sausage roll, quiche, salad and a scone with jam and cream - the pupils really enjoyed making the food to sell to staff, and the staff really enjoyed it today - what a special treat!

They then treated themselves after all their hard work with a Valentine’s afternoon tea party in class which looks brilliant!

Our pupils develop lots of lifeskills during these enterprise activities, as well as earning money, which as a class group they then decide what how to spend - it is a great introduction to the world of work - and we seem to be growing lots of mini-apprentices - watch out Alan Sugar!
