Today the children all celebrated Christmas lunch - lots had dressed up in Christmas jumpers or party clothes… we even had a Kermit… meanwhile the elves are continuing to run riot around school!
They’ve been spotted hanging out in the atrium, as well as trying to get warm in the staff room… where will they pop up next?
In other news, we’ve had a fantastic Makaton letter from Father Christmas - we are glad to see he is using his communication skills to make sure that all of our children can understand what he is telling us.
As well as our Christmas lunch today, pupils from ks4 and 5 took part in their Carol Concert. Less formal than the whole school concert, classes from across the age range were invited to choose a song to lead as part of the good work assembly.
It was a great opportunity to play around with music, dance and have some fun with a few Christmas classics - we all especially loved ‘Feliz Navidad’ - the Spanish Merry Christmas classic.
