Takeover Week 2023 - part III

Lots of students have been benefitting from taking part in Takeovers this week - doing adult roles in and around school to learn about independence, responsibility and the world of work.

Rayyaan took on Lynx’s role in school as IT technician. He had a busy morning sorting the photocopier - loading in paper and checking the toners, setting up the computer and sound system in the hall and getting the studio ready!

Mackenzie helped Rachael with dismissal and did a fab job making sure the students left the building safely, handing in the numbers of the taxis and buses, as well as organising the drivers and passenger assistants and keeping order! She did it all with her beautiful smile.

Maleeha has been working super hard supporting our Family Wellbeing Coordinators AnnMarie and Mathilde. Maleeha helped with cutting out and laminating leaflets, photocopying documents, liaising with various professionals and displaying posters. Maleeha has been a real asset to the Team who have been so impressed, that they have asked for her to come and work with them again!

Thanks guys - you are all absolute stars!
