Thanks & Goodbye Kerry

Today we said a teary thank you and goodbye to one of our fantastic catering team - Kerry - who wanted to say a huge, and very heartfelt thank you to everyone who has supported her over the many years here at Newfield - she is going to miss everyone and we will certainly miss her.

Kerry has been helping and feeding the Newfield family for a long time - Some of our students delivered cards to a very emotional Kerry during the busy lunchtime period today.

Kerry says that she can’t believe that is her last day at Newfield and that it has been an absolute pleasure, because everyone just becomes your second family.

Before she left she just wanted to say a massive massive thank you to everyone for all the lovely pressies, cards, flowers, money from a lovely collection and much much more - she really was overwhelmed and was not expecting that at all. She was especially delighted about all the lovely cards from the children - AMAZING.

She promises to come back to visit and we wish her lots of luck for the future, working nearby in the catering department of the hospital!
