Today the first of our school summer trips took place with 5 classes going off to Blackpool zoo!
They saw dinosaurs(?!), gorillas, giraffes, baby elephants, underwater creatures… it was very hot, but they had a really fun day. We’ve got more groups going out of the next couple of weeks to lots of exciting places, so watch out for more adventures.
Other children went to the park today and had fun in the sun, played cricket and then had a sneaky ice cream in the shade.
The children at the zoo all behaved really well, were very excited and happy to see the animals and it looks like they had a fantastic time… and then had a nice sleep on the air conditioned coach on the way back!
