Staff Wellbeing Wednesday May 23

We value our staff very highly, because we know how hard they work to make sure all of our children are safe, happy and enjoying learning.

Each Wednesday, the wellbeing warriors offer a lunchtime chat session, where any staff can drop in over their lunch break either to chat, relax or just have some time to share thoughts and feelings with colleagues.

This week, we also started our Wednesday with the half termly wellbeing breakfast, where HLTAs Sharon and Chris come in super early and get the kettle on, fire up the toaster and provide a lovely breakfast for any staff wanting to come in a bit earlier and have toast, tea, crumpets and coffee… and conversation with colleagues, before the children arrive!

It’s a nice opportunity to come together.

Self care, is not selfish, and taking these small moments out of our busy working lives to share time with colleagues and friends is one of the special things we do at Newfield to support wellbeing.
