Today is a very special day… International Nurses Day! The day is celebrated every year on May 12 to highlight the contribution of nurses to the healthcare sector.
International Nurses Day marks the birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale, who is considered the founder of modern nursing.
We are very lucky to have a team of fantastic nursing staff from the LSCFT Special School Nursing Team who help all of our children and families to stay healthy and well, enjoying school. They are an important part of our Newfield Family and we celebrate all their hard work today.
