Farms, Cakes and Crowns!

It’s been another short, busy week in the run up to the historical event of King Charles’ Coronation.

On Wednesday TG4 had another of their visits to the farm where they learn how to care for animals, keep things tidy and follow instructions from less familiar people.

They fed the baby goats by measuring the milk, pouring it into bottles, then feeding them like babies. They had a lovely time with the llama who is called Rolo!

In S3 pupils have been having a really good laugh - bashing, weighing, mixing and cooking up a storm to make a Friday treat - they have made cheesecake!

There is lemon flavour and a white chocolate flavour which they will be selling on Friday as part of their class fundraising.

And we have all been preparing all week for our Coronation celebration event tomorrow, with rehearsals, bunting and making decorations - S4 have made crowns fit for a King today and look very pleased with their creations.
