Summer Learning Begins & Eid Mubarak!

We are enjoying being back at school after the holidays - even though it is a short week for us due to Eid.

The weather has improved and today A3 have enjoyed taking part in a sunny outdoor learning session!

They followed instructions to play games, watered the flowers and enjoyed a snack with their friends.

Pupils in S1 have been using their culinary skills and marketing skills to make healthy fruit salad pots to sell.

They also made posters to advertise the treats, asking people to support their enterprise. ‘Fruit pots on sale now, 50p each - Strawberry, pineapple, grapes and blueberries’.

Our oldest students in TG4 had their first farm visit - they had a lovely day yesterday. Everyone fed the lambs and met alpacas, chickens, sheet, rabbits, donkeys and Guinea pigs.

They all prepared food to feed the rabbits and Guinea pigs and there were some lovely interactions with animals - look at the donkey.

We hope everyone has a wonderful weekend and wish an Eid Mubarak to all of our friends at home and around the world who are celebrating!
