Today we have held 2 special assemblies to celebrate Easter.
Children have done artwork to decorate the halls, the tree has been festooned with eggs and parents and children came together to sing, hear about why we celebrate Easter and experience some sensory items linked to this spring time festival.
It was wonderful to see our families in school once again and after the assembly they were treated to some refreshments.
They also taste tested some hot cross buns made by classes earlier today - there was a range of rather exotic flavours, as well as traditional ones!
Families enjoyed having the opportunity to chat together and be served by some of our older pupils.
