This afternoon pupils in A1 visited Temple of Fun in Darwen.
Temple of Fun recently opened its doors to the public and as this week is ‘Neurodiversity week’ they very kindly offered the pupils in A1 the opportunity to come and try out their facilities, and of course we were not disappointed!
All the pupils loved exploring the play frame and the wonderful sensory space, which we kindly had the use of during our session.
It’s a great space where our pupils can go if they need some quieter time.
There is lots to explore including bubble tubes, sensory shapes, different fabrics and lights.
Thanks to Temple of Fun for inviting us and well done to all the Pupils in A1 who all extremely sensible and did so well following instructions whilst in a new environment.
