Children's Mental Health Week 2023 - Staff Wellbeing

This morning, before the children arrived in school for another exciting day learning, our staff came even earlier than usual to enjoy the half termly wellbeing breakfast.

HLTAs Sharon and Chris had done another amazing job preparing tea, coffee, juice, toast and crumpets. There were lots of staff who joined the event so it was great to see so many people connecting as part of the theme for this special week.

There was a lot of chatting and laughter, some music and some tasty treats.

Whilst enjoying breakfast the staff completed valentine themed ‘shout-outs’ to share with colleagues something special that they have appreciated from one another.

It was a great success and a lovely start to the day - we know how important it is to look after ourselves and our staff wellbeing, so that they are in the best possible frame of mind to support our fabulous children.

It was also lovely to see our ‘Let’s Connect’ paper chains on tables, around our community tree and hung around the atrium - every member of school and many visitors have made a link for us to all connect together.
