This week we’ve been keeping cool in the middle of a heatwave and enjoying our last days with friends in school before the summer holidays. S2 enjoyed ordering pizza and having a pizza party, using the money they have earned for their enterprise activities.
In MOVE children were keeping cool whilst playing and developing their motor skills and having fun with water.
Finally, on Wednesday we said goodbye to our class of 2022 with a fantastic assembly with families, where leavers received gifts and accolades, as well as enjoying a well-wishing vides, a leavers song and lots of speeches.
There were tears, but it was a joyous occasion, where we said goodbye and good luck to our fantastic children, two of our teachers - Lisa and Liz, who are moving to new schools, and our wonderful interim headteacher who has supported the whole school for the last 2 terms and has made a huge difference in his short time with us.
We will miss you all and hope you will visit in the future!
