Celebration of Achievement - part I 2022

This morning we held the first of our annual Celebration of Achievement Assemblies and it was the turn of our younger pupils.

It has been a while since we have been in the fortunate position of being able to hold the assembly and so many of our children, families and staff had not been around the last time it was held - back in 2019!

Celebration of Achievement is one of the most important events in the Newfield calendar.

It is the opportunity for us to come together to celebrate the wonderful things our children have achieved and to take a moment, with their families, to really appreciate the impact we all have on their lives.

It was a welcome return of a much loved and very special Newfield tradition, and we were thrilled to have our outgoing interim headteacher Dave hosting, with our new (coming in September) headteacher Rachel presenting the awards and meeting some of the children.

We all enjoyed having the moment to reflect on the shared achievement of being part of the Newfield family, the children were wonderful and behaved very well, the parents were extremely proud as were all the staff - a lovely occasion.

In the middle of the wonderful CoA, we had a unannounced kitchen inspection!

We are pleased to let you all know that the kitchen team have once again have secured 5 stars in their inspection. Well done and thanks to them.
