Parent Transition Workshop

Ann Marie (solo) hosted a Transition Coffee Morning this week, our fabulous family wellbeing coordinators have been networking and planning the event, but unfortunately Mathilde has been struck down with the dreaded Covid!

We had a brilliant turn out and were joined by providers from adult services; St Aidan’s Respite Unit, Adult Social Care, The Shared Lives Programme and Hopwood Court Day Centre.

Parents were able to ask lots of questions about the variety of services and said how useful the morning was.

We did think that because Mathilde was unable to join us we might have gotten away without the need for photographs, but this was not to be – Get better soon Mathilde!

It was great to see parents in school planning with us for their young people’s futures.
