Art Exhibition 2022

Today we held our annual Art Exhibition and were delighted to be able to welcome parents and friends into school to join in, view the exhibits and even buy some of the fantastic artwork. children have been working all year on various art projects - all of our children take part in the Arts Award and we delight in seeing their creative skills develop and take shape to result in them receiving certification from a nationally accredited course for work relating to the arts.

Children take part in many different media - pottery, sculpting, painting, pastel, drawing, felting, decoupage, dance… all kids of creative things!

Teacher and Art coordinator Georgie curates the exhibition, with all staff working hard to support children.

The parents were very impressed with all the hard work and commented on how creative we all are! They also had time to chat and enjoy a cup of tea in the lovely surroundings. We were very happy to see so many of them in school.

Headteacher Dave has judged the art work submitted for competition and the winners are:

Muhammad – A5, Max from C6, Zaki from A9, Christopher from A12 and Mackenzie from TG1.

Well done to everyone - what a fantastic exhibition and celebration of creativity!
