IQM Assessor Visit 2022

Today we had our Inclusion Quality Mark Assessment - We are a Flagship School for Inclusion.

Matthew Cuss was our assessor - he has visited Newfield before but this was his first visits as an assessor for us.

He met pupils, staff and walked all around school seeing SEND, Autism and wheelchair dancing.

He enjoyed time and some juice in our student run cafe as you can see in the busy photographs!

He found out all about how we work with our community and our families.

He had a fantastic day and was very impressed with what he saw and how welcoming we are!

He is writing his report, but was happy to continue our status as Flagship School - we will let you know when we receive the full report.

I saw such a range of amazing things today! It was wonderful from start to finish and I especially appreciate the warm welcome from all the children and adults. Thanks again.
