Teddy Bears Picnic

Teddy Bears Picnic

Today we had another stay and play session in our youngest classes in SEND, and this time our children, staff along with parents, siblings - babies, big brothers and sisters - and other relatives had a teddy bears picnic!

It was lovely to see families in school, joining in activities with their children and their class teams.

We had a tea party with teddies, made a sandwich, decorated a teddy picture and counted hidden teddies in a sensory tray.

We all had a lovely afternoon, it was very hot in the hall with all the lights and 4D sensory equipment, but parents enjoyed seeing the different things we do in school.

thanks to all the families who attended and to the staff for putting on this special stay and play event - we look forward to another one in the summer term.
