SEND Secondary Circus

Today our secondary age pupils in the SEND school held a Circus to entertain parents!

All half term they have been working on the theme of entertainment and had chosen the specialism of Circus to explore and develop new skills.

We were delighted to be able to invite some parents to come and see their talents and we were all very surprised and entertained by the antics!

We had a ring master, clowns, jugglers, magicians, strong men, a wall of death with 2 stunt (wheelchair) bike dare devils, a parade of animals, a singer, some dancing ballerinas and all manner of entertainment!

As well as the live audience the circus was broadcast in school over Teams so that classes could watch too. They all said it was great and classes had really good fun watching it!

The children and staff had dressed up and all looked the part - they did an amazing job!

Parents enjoyed it and afterwards had drinks and popcorn with the children to celebrate - it was a great success.
