Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

La Fheile Padraig Sona Dhaoibh! Happy St. Patrick’s Day!

We celebrated with some shenanigans this morning, when at around 10am, S2 had a St. Patrick’s Day parade around school.

They were dressed up, had flags and balloons and frankly were making a bit of a racket, banging drums, playing musical instruments, and just having all round shenanigans! They did apologise in advance for any disturbance and lots of children and staff joined in or gave them a wave, when they were on their way.

In S2 they had decorated the class room and had a bit of a party.

Denise HLTA and pupil Terence are very proud of their Irish heritage, as are many people around the world, so lead the celebrations - we wish all Irish people near and far a very happy St. Patrick’s Day!

Go raibh mile maith agat.
