Children's Mental Health Week 2022 - Wellbeing Wednesday

This week we are all taking part in activities to promote our wellbeing as we celebrate Children’s Mental Health Week 2022.

Today as part of our week thinking about everyone’s mental health and wellbeing we had a special wellbeing breakfast for staff before school started. Staff were able to come together for a chat and a cuppa as well as some toast and crumpets.

It was very well attended and there was a really nice atmosphere as colleagues took a moment to share some time together before working with the children.

We also had a staff wellbeing prize draw for a pamper hamper - Congratulations to Joanne Bould (catering) for winning our lovely well being prize.

For the wellbeing activities for the children, in EYFS today they enjoyed a Valentines sensory day. In the morning the children had lots of fun baking, making cards and having snack in class 3’s Valentines cafe experience. They also enjoyed a sensory valentines session in the studio in the afternoon.

Love was in they air and there were lots of smiles and happy little faces all day long.

More activities to come from our special week!
