Lego Therapy

Back in July HML Recycling sent us a donation to get our Lego Therapy sessions up and running here at Newfield.

The generous donation has allowed us to buy lots of Lego and Duplo bricks and some interesting kits, including a very popular one featuring the Disney characters from the movie Frozen. You can see how much the children have been enjoying playing and learning together.

These sessions are designed to support communication and social development for children with autism and communication difficulties.

We have had great fun exploring the Lego and working together to produce some brilliant creations.

The children have worked together to ask each other for the bricks with one person being the builder, someone else being the supplier and another being the engineer!

We cannot wait to continue our sessions, creating even more fantastic designs.

Thanks to HML Recycling for their kind donation!
