Exciting Curriculum

In the school for SEND we are learning all about what goes on outside in the garden this half term, whilst in school for Autism, everyone is exploring space!

One of our SEND classes have developed their room into an indoor jungle which looks amazing!

S3 are really enjoying their garden theme and have been enjoying smelling and feeling the different herbs, making herb gardens, planting carrot and cress seeds, planting bulbs, reaching for the bamboo plants and making artwork from natural items.

We love these fantastic photos of them exploring using all their senses.

As the children in Autism explore space, teacher Hayley has made a video demonstrating how they made space helmets to prepare for their adventures.

A12 have been making moon bread today. Pupils enjoyed making the dough and making craters by poking their fingers in it. They took their bread home to show their parents.
