Today we welcomed back our students to meet for the first School Council meeting of the year.
IIt’s been a while since we met face to face as we always used Teams to meet virtually during the last school year.
The students enjoyed being in the hall with their peers. We welcomed new students on the School Council from both the SEND and Autism areas of school.
We discussed lots of things ranging from what we would like for lunch to eat, to Takeover Day - when the students take over from the staff in school.
We designed our own lunchtime club posters which are going to be put up to show what is being offered in school.
It was a positive first meeting with lots of good communication.
