Staff Wellbeing Summer 21

As we head into the holidays we wanted to say a big thank you to our fabulous staff who have worked tirelessly throughout this year. Thank you to all staff for your dedication, commitment and hard work - it is appreciated by the children, the families, your colleagues and your leadership team - the whole Newfield Family.

The leadership team showed their appreciation by way of a small gift. This particular year has been tough and draining for everyone - and yet we have achieved so much, and supported each other.

As a school, we also had many donations from staff to create a wellbeing free prize draw - thanks to those who coordinated this, along with the gifts and the lunch. Some lucky staff won a range of prizes - champagne, vouchers, perfume and lots more.

We enjoyed the last day with the children on Friday and then a training day today to develop our skills, where lunch was provided in the glorious sunshine - we value our staff and their wellbeing and hope that the whole Newfield family enjoys a restful summer.

We just want to say a huge thank you for our gifts. It makes us feel very appreciated.
