Art Exhibition 2021

Today we held our annual Arts Exhibition - and this year, the major difference was that in order to be COVID safe, we took our creations outside for our very first open air exhibition!

The children have been working all year towards their Arts Award on a huge range of creative arts and today a selection were displayed around the school grounds in the school for SEND, school for Autism and our shared sensory garden - teacher Georgie has done an amazing job renovating our sensory pod into a rainbow weaved igloo of tranquility.

Sadly, yet again we were not able to invite parents and guests into the exhibition, but you can watch the video walk thorough that we have published on our YouTube channel to share the experience with us.

It was a bit cloudy, but dry and children and staff had a great time viewing each others work.

We also premiered the film version of a ‘A Pandemic Reflection Poem’ that pupils in TG1 have written and stop-film animated - it is brilliant and we were able to show it on screen within our marquee as well as publishing on YouTube, alongside another film about our creative staff - please have a look.

Well done to everyone involved in another fantastic Arts Exhibition!
