Children's Mental Health Week 2021

Next week - 1st - 7th February we celebrate Children’s Mental Health Week 2021. The theme this year is - Express Yourself!

As everyone knows, wellbeing is very important to us at Newfield - we are all missing being together in school, but we are doing our best to support the mental health and wellbeing of our children, our families, and staff and the whole Newfield Family.

We will be putting on some special virtual events next week to celebrate wellbeing, and to prepare for this some of our fantastic HLTAs have made a video to tell us what they do to relax, look after their mental health and that makes them happy. You can watch it here, or on our YouTube channel.

So, enjoy watching Chris, Mo, Sharon, Dawn, Rebecca, Rachael and Aimie - and we’d love to see or hear - What makes you happy?

Please send in any photos to share with everyone on the blog - something you like doing, or a picture showing us what you enjoy…
