Curriculum - learning in school and at home

This term pupils in the school for SEND have begun working on the new Curriculum, and the theme this half term was based around Fairy Tales. We are doing our best to ensure that learning continues, both for the small number of children in school and the many children at home who are having live sessions with teachers, and accessing videos on our YouTube channel.

Some children in school enjoyed the story of Jack and the Beanstalk today and climbed up the beanstalk! They enjoyed chopping down with an axe before the giant chased us! They had a walk to the garden and found a carrot growing in the vegetable bed.

In the Atrium a huge beanstalk has appeared…

In the home learning sessions Danielle has been taking us on a physical MOVE session through an enchanted forest, Kay has been singing about Goldilocks and the 3 bears and Bex has told us the story of Hansel and Gretel.

Make sure you check out the YouTube channel to see what is going on!
