Snowy New Year

Happy New Year to all our Newfield Family!

And this week has been wintery all week with cold temperatures ice and snow, but today, the snow has been so heavy on top of the existing icy surfaces that the school site is simply not safe for anyone.

The site team have been clearing it all week with small snow flurries to keep it safe for our partial provision, but it has not been possible to clear the huge amount of snow fallen over night, it is still snowing and the ice is treacherous.

It looks beautiful, but one way or another nature seems to have decided that we all have to stay at home!

Stay warm and safe.
