This week we received our fortnightly delivery of breakfast items from the National School Breakfast Programme. We are sending home packs or cereal, porridge and bagels to all of our families who wish to receive them, as part of the initiative to make sure that all children have a healthy breakfast and are ready to learn.
This morning the students from the school council spent time organising breakfast bags for the students to take home and also have breakfast in class for if they require this because they struggle to eat at home early in the morning.
The students worked really hard and enjoyed delivering them to some classes, with support from HLTA Sharon and Site Supervisor Galina.
