Children’s Mental Health Week 2020

This week we are joining the nation in focusing on our mental health and wellbeing. The theme this year is ‘Find your brave’ and we have all been thinking about the brave things that our amazing children and staff do every day.

Being brave isn’t just about swimming with sharks or jumping out of airplanes, although believe it or not we have staff who have been brave and done those things!

Many of our children experience challenges and difficulties that require true strength and bravery to overcome. They work hard and persevere and generally do it with good grace and big smiles!

We are really proud of our everyday heroes and are looking forward to celebrating and sharing their bravery this week.

Why don’t you take some time this week to reflect with your friends, family and colleagues about what bravery really means and how brave each of us can be every single day?
