Takeover Week - Day 4

We continue Takeover Week with more of our children acting in adult roles.

Today Endija worked in our youngest class supporting the children during wheelchair dancing and sensory play.

Dawn, whose job she took over says that she was fantastic, following instructions and showing lots of care to the children. She was so good that we have asked her to support in this session every week from now on!

Headteacher Adam

Yesterday thé highly coveted headteacher takeover took place with Adam joining Rik for a very busy day.

Adam did a sweep round the school first thing to see that everything was settled. He then attended a meeting with the assistant heads and then one with the SLT where he questioned Jenny about arriving late to the meeting (she did have a reason)!

Then he observed two lessons and fed back his thoughts about the quality of teaching and learning. He did a great job.
