RRSA 2019-20

Today we held the first meeting of the new academic year for the Rights Respecting School steering group.

As well as old members there were lots of new pupils and staff who came to find out more about what we do as a group and to decide whether they want to be part of it.

We were delighted to talk to pupils about our new bus and all the links and fundraising activities that we already have and new ones we are planning!

Everyone listened really well and many people had good ideas that they shared with the group.

At the end we discussed who wanted to commit to being part of the group and attend the half termly meetings.

Some members came away with jobs that they now need to do to help everyone in school to focus on supporting children’s rights and UNICEF - so watch this space!
