This afternoon the steering group met for the final time this academic year.
We discussed all of the activities that we have led and held so far this term, as well as talking about the few final things that we have planned before we finish for the summer. We enjoyed looking through photographs and a presentation about the trip some members went on to Chestnut Lodge School to take part in their ‘Environment Day’.
We were delighted to be joined by parent member, Peter, and we took the opportunity ot say goodbye to our leavers and thank them for all of the work they have done on respecting children’s rights.
They have said they have enjyed being on the group and will try to come back to visit us for meeting next year when they are in college.
