Today our oldest pupils have again set up a Newfield Stall down at Blackburn Market in the town centre. Staff took the goods made by pupils down to the loading bay very early this morning and were then joined by the pupils once they had come into school.
They have set up a big stall near the round door entrance and are selling lots of handmade items including screen printed bags, jars of lights, plants , woollen octopus novelties, bird feeders and much more!
We are hoping to sell all of our goods but anything left over will be on sale tomorrow ready for fathers’ day!
The pupils really enjoy the experience of making items and then running the staff in the busy market - so we’ve got them working hard today and hopefully earning lots of money for school funds!
