Staff Wellbeing Sessions

The Newfield Wellbeing Warriors have put together keep-fit classes to promote the health and wellbeing of our staff.

Every Monday, after school, staff join in keep fit sessions and have a laugh in the Wainwright hall in the school for Autism, led by Wellbeing Warrior Helen.

We started off with copying moves from the ‘Just Dance’ videos and have moved onto Cardio sessions following the ‘Pop Sugar’ fitness videos online.

Later, we will be doing Yoga, and boot camp sessions as we get fitter!

We want our staff to be happy and healthy so that they can support our children as well as having better mental & physical health and wellbeing themselves.
