Christmas Carol Concert 2018

This afternoon, the whole school enjoyed a carol concert in the hall. Our talented staff entertained pupils by playing the guitar - Greg, piano - Gemma, saxophone - Shannon, ukele - Greg again, violin - Polly and trumpet - Lois.

Pupils joined in by playing percussion instruments and singing. We enjoyed singing Away in a Manger, Frosty the Snowman, Silent Night, Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer and lots of other festive songs including the Spanish classic - Feliz Navidad.

Teacher Greg did a version of Dominic Donkey - a funny Christmas song that no one had heard before! He is very entertaining - but one person commented that ‘he is no Michael Buble!’ Poor Greg!

The singing and signing choir were amazing singing We Wish You a Merry Christmas and Gemma kept the music flowing on the piano throughout the concert.

We all had a lovely time.
