World Mental Health Day 2018

Today we are focussing on our wellbeing and mental health on this special day. The focus this year is ‘We’ve all got mental health’ - and we are having a number of activities today to help the pupils and staff to think about their mental health. We started off this morning with an early morning staff breakfast club. It was well attended despite the early start and we enjoyed tea, toast, croissant and a chat to set us up with a positive start to the day. It was lovely to have a few minutes with colleagues to catch our breath and listen to each other before getting on with our very busy day! Lots of staff talked about making this a regular event - so we will look at making this happen! Check back later for more info about our exciting well being and mental health day
