Today the 16-19 choir took part in the Inscape Music Festival at the Lowry. We performed 3 songs from Moana with dances and musical accompaniments with brilliant solos by Kulsum and Mustapha. As always we gave a very enthusiastic performance! Everyone really enjoyed the experience of performing on a large stage in front of an audience. Peter Adamson – ‘Music Man’ and our teacher Katrina’s dad, who founded the festival – told her how well Newfield did at the Lowry joining in with the Music Festival – he was very impressed… And we are very proud of what our pupils achieved!
